Foot pen varied depending on aspect ( at times 5cm and other times 100cm!) Isothermal snowpack is happening below 1400M Spring/Winter snow can be found up in Alpine/Treeline however be wary of cornices and the fact that there are persistent weaknesses lingering deep in the snowpack as well!
