Quick report

Cracking
specific

Shooting cracks, soft slab avalanche. Maybe abiut a foot of new snow in non wind effected areas. Almost no wind today. The surface snow was great aoft cold powder.

Avalanche

Skier triggered an avalanche during a belayed ski cut at the top of right twin. Crown was up to 2 feet wide. Likely a soft windslab (4 finger where inspected). The slab ran on a subtle crust. It ripped out larger slabs on the skiers right wall below the cliff further down. Left twin didn't avalanche after ski cutting or being skies by 5 skiers. Likely wasn't windloaded like right twin?
