Quick report
In gladed areas there is 30cm of good snow and still some fresh tracks to be had in this zone. In heavily treed areas the crust was closer to the surface 10-15cm and the underlying crust would have made skiing poor. Hand shears yielded rough planar results on the mid storm crust as well as the January Drought Layer. An Extended column test did not propagate (ECT N28 down 30cm) but broke on the mid storm crust. When we pulled on the block it did break in a planar fashion at the January Drought Layer. At this low elevations in lightly treed areas these layers did not seem reactive, but as our tests show they are still present and we only conducted our ECT in one location.

Mostly cloudy throughout the majority of the day with little to no wind. It stayed fairly cold on the North aspect we visited.
Snowpack
The JDL(January Drought Layer) is around 45cm deep in open areas at around 3000'. There were rounding facets where we dug on a north aspect at 3100' around 1cm above and 5cm below the JDL. The mid-storm crust is down about 30cm.
