Quick report
Lots of fresh snow up to Iron Mountain, firm windboard on exposed West facing terrain at the pass. Snow on the East side of the pass was deeper, colder light snow. Skied the low angle trees below the bowl down to Beverly Creek. Estimate 5-8" of fresh snow over hard crust. Skiing back on the West side of the pass was eventful with low coverage down Dark Ridge, triggered minor D1 wet loose slides on exposed NW facing Terrain below the ridge at 5,500' while traversing. Snow below 4,800' had transitioned to wet slush by the afternoon.
