Quick report
Found graupel @ 4200’ and 4300’ below 10cm of 1F snow. We did a CT at 4300’ and found stubborn snow (CT25) with moderate shovel force to get the block to slide on a graupel layer, which was sitting on K hard bed surface. With in the 40cm ‘s we exposed, We found 10cms of 1F on a 4F graupel layer on top of 25cms of P hard snow with a 4F layer of graupel. Given that we only found this in the lower bit of main we decided to continue on and look for other signs which we didn’t come across. The boot pack was well established up main and we found great turns from the top down due to intense solar warming and low winds.
