Quick report

Toured up around Stonwall on Saturday. Conditions were cold, windy, and snowy. Snow was being transported in gusts and whirlwinds. New snow of about 4-6 in from the day before, on top of additional new snow. Observed no new avalanches, whumpfing, or cracking. Dug a pit at 7800 on an east facing aspect. Fewer layers than we anticipated, but we did get an ECT20 about 80cm down. Worth noting that while performing the ECT, we had to shovel off substantial snow as it compressed/broke, so the ETC taps after 10 were actually about 40cm down.
