Quick report
Lapped Mt. Fuji today from the Glade Ck. Loop. Dug a full pit on a 25deg slope on the West aspect of Fuji, 6040 feet (down a couple hundred yards from the summit), at 1316 on 02/28/23. Moderate Westerly wind with moderate gusts and a scattered sky. Total snow depth of 220cm, pit depth of 120cm. Crust layer and CT29 at 25-30cm down. ECTN25 at 60-70cm down. Aside from these minimally reactive layers it was fresh on top of very well laminated snow. Skied down to the WNW.
