Solar aspects were warming by 9am today causing a trend towards slab formation. We decided to head to a Northwesterly aspects and found that there was a Natural avy cycle only on this specific aspect that occurred Friday night into Saturday morning. Crown lines 10-40cm within the storm snow. We were unable to trigger any further slides and the skiing was all time for the North Shore.
