Avalanche Information
Group of Snowmobilers was riding further up valley and remote triggered a lower slope in the valley, which triggered a high center slope. As the avalanche ran out it stepped up and over to adjacent slopes. 80% of the face slid. some area to ground/rock, most triggered and ran on February crust. Group of riders were able to evacuate the area as the slide occurred, no burials and all members accounted for when the group was reached. Talking with other riders that day a similar occurrence happened 2 valleys south. At 1:30PM it was approximately - 13 in the Alpine and the face was receiving some Solar input from partially cloudy skys.
