Zupjok Peak

Wind affected snow near peak of Zupjok, traveled on south ridge to peak and observed wind drifted snow on east aspects. At 1750 m south aspect, 10 cm depth before hitting hard pack snow, could not penetrate hard pack with ski pole. Light snow fall at 1 pm at 1844m then moderate rain fall (more than anticipated 5 mm) at 1700m around 1:30 pm. Pin wheel observed at 1540 m on SE aspect, open slope with wet saturated snow without tree coverage. Snow within tree line on S/SE aspect was also wet
