Shelter of the trees

With a forecast for snow and wind, we decided to stick to places with sheltered snow and trees for reference. Meadow riding near log cabin was quite good considering there is only about 80cm of snow in the area. Traveling along the tracks around Fraser was easy enough with the tracks only showing in a few wind scoured areas. Afternoon temperatures rose to above 0 degrees which made the surface snow quite heavy.
