Leftover Pow

Had surprisingly great riding conditions today even a week after the last storm thanks to colder temps. Rode north facing pow up to 35 deg. At the bottom of the run where the terrain flattened out and was sheltered, we observed widespread hoarfrost and faceting, sugary snow. (Sun exposed slopes had a heavy melt freeze crust with refrozen chunder tree bombs.)
