Quick report
Nice turning if you can find a smooth brush free slope. The one finding I noticed yesterday was surface hoar (photo) in the open areas as the skies were clear on Dec. 3rd. Now there is 2 inches of snow on it. Will have to see if it becomes a player when we get more snow. Today I was entirely in the pines without the surface hoar that I saw yesterday. The other danger is the Mt. lion whose is frequenting the same areas!

- <p>Skied yesterday above north fork park to 7200ft. and there is 90cm (35 inches) of a very homogeneous snowpack as the oldest snow is only a week old and it is right side up. I could not find any facets or layering at these elevations. Today I found the same near North Ogden divide. </p>
