Snowpack
I dug a pit at 2962ft on a NW aspect; slope angle 24 degrees. The total depth was 107 cm, with about 45cm of depth hoar ranging from 4F to F. The structure was very poor. Our layer of concern was a 4F soft, facet layer at 50 cm down, sandwiched between two hard crust. We had a CT12Q2@35down on a 4F rounding facet layer. ECTP17@50down and PST72/100End50down. Overall, I would say the stability was poor.

Avalanche was remote triggered on 01/14 by a party of two. It was triggered on a facet layer 50cm down and stepped down to the depth hoar in areas.
