•No obvious signs of instability. Views were decent enough that we saw no recent avalanche activity. •No surface crust and no crusts within top 60cm of snowpack. Great riding. •Snow depth was approximately 135cm at 7200 ft. on an east aspect. It’s typically shallower here than other parts of advisory area, but the snowpack here this year appears stable and strong with softer surface snow on top of strong (1F slab). Found some moist rounding facets at ground. •We observed no evidence of wind slabs (even along ridges), which is a bit surprising given the typical windy nature of Skyland. Calm wind and no wind loading all day today.
