Quick report
Small slide in the trees. The was due north, 5,650', slope angle 35 degrees, roughly 10-12 new wind deposited snow. Storm slab from the storm yesterday (3/13/25). This broke down to a melt/freeze crust. I did a small slope cut and it broke right where I was. Ran roughly 40ft with a width of around 6-8ft. . I'd be extremely cautious in my route plans if I ventured in the back country for a while. Luckily this was in bounds at a ski resort, but the crust below is an issue, especially in the 5,500-6,500 zone that has a melt/freeze crust.
