Shallow snow @9200ft E/SE HS55cm ECTP20 on depth hoar. Then we found deep snow N/NE 8800ft HS155cm ECTN new snow old snow PST 50/100 20cm up in basal facets. Also brushed rime off pika point weather station, great day out. When riding in flat light some of the wind features will surprise you, hope it’s a non consensual one, ride safely.

Old wind slabs observed potential triggered from cornices. Maybe a foot deep, new snow had covered most of them up
