This morning was clear with moderate, westerly winds and no overnight precipitation. We will observed previous slab avalanches in steep, wind loaded, east-facing alpine terrain.
Winds remained moderate and westerly over the day with cloud and light precipitation at the end of the day.
We dug a profile and found the early-Dec crust down 60cms with facets above. No results on at Extended Column Test.
