Quick report
- Collapsing
- specific
We felt a few collapses, and triggered a few mini slopes and road cuts. Snow moved incredibly easily, and I was chased by sluff on a relatively mellow slope, about 28 degrees. I think Avy danger increased throughout the day, with new snow load and warming temps.

A big old slide, likely from yesterday, although I think mid cold storm and not during the warm up based on how little new snow was on top of it (about 4-6”). Crown was maybe 200’ wide and it wrapped through a small gulley. Slope was 34 degree rollover on an otherwise non avalanche slope. Track ran about 600’, so it definitely spooked us.
