Cracking
specific

Above 6K cracking observed on all aspects. None were shooting, but 15cm deep slabs consistently broke off skin track. Boundary basin snow depth 175 with unsupportable raincrust 10-15 cm. Moderate bonding with cracking occurring but not consistently. Some evidence of wind transport from earlier in the week, a few small slabs seen, non reactive. No rain crust with S2 for 2-3 hours (~6cm new snow) in Morse Creek Drainage, boot pen was...above boot. Stayed out of avy terrain and open slopes as much as possible (as was the plan to avoid DPL). Travel was VERY slow, didn't make it as far as planned, and skiing was tough in that shallow an angle of terrain. On return in afternoon, Crystal side of the ridgeline was notably heavier, with light rain. Snowpack was much heavier than earlier in day, most notably starting below 6K, getting worse as we descended.
