Quick report
Generally good stability all day, we saw sun crust on S faces which in places was more than 3 inches thick, with some point release wet loose on rock bands. Wind exposed areas had 2-4 inch windboard, but no evidence of reactive slabs. Polar aspects held excellent snow and we skied 2 laps into Dow lake, at times on steep slopes with no stability concerns. Pit close to the summit (out of wind) identified 2 interstorm layers (10cm ECTN7 and 30 cm ECTN15 down). Jan 5th layer more than 135cm down
