Wide spread collapsing (wumphing) in large open meadows and smaller glades. We traveled cautiously on lower angle ridges.
Avalanche
Halfway down birthday bowl around 8700ft on north/northeast facing rock face. The slide looked to have occurred 1/11 or 1/12. No signs of other skiers led me to believe it was naturally triggered. Crown line of around 100ft in width, depth to ground, D1 or D2.
