Touring up grouse slab, there was quite a bit of new snow. Ski pen was about 6-10in but boot pen was 20-30in. Widespread cracking both in sheltered terrain and wind loaded terrain was observed. We spoke with another group that had triggered a long running slab that broke fairly wide and ran full track. We skied a short steep roll over one at a time and triggered soft slabs from each track. As the day went on step instabilities ramped up and slabs became larger. We observed another group that had triggered a larger avalanche 8-14in deep that broke 200 ft wide. In similar terrain smaller rollovers were propagating and producing avalanches of similar depth.

Several D1-1+ avalanches triggered by our party and other parties in the area. They were failing in the new snow 7-12in down.
