Quick report

After observing widespread instability the prior day we dug a test pit before lapping The Elevens on the north slope of Trimmer Peak. Our pit showed that the storm snow had bonded fairly well, however still showed signs of reactivity. We did not observe propagation during our tests or throughout the day while touring. We attempted to trigger releases on convexities that would have been reactive yesterday, but were unsuccessful. Our tour lasted from 8:30am to 1:30pm, the pit was dug at 10:00am. Warming was observed later in the day and especially at lower elevations, however we did not observe the same rapid warning conditions as yesterday.
