Seaton Sunshine

Northwest Inland

A great day at Seaton, we traveled through lots of alpine terrain with only one recent natural avalanche (S2,48hrs+?), apparent wind slab or dry loose during storm, wind effect now masking. Great soft snow with little wind effect in the alpine, on the lower flanks of most aspects. Sun or rain crust was more evident on S slopes, covered by as little as 10cms in wind affected areas. Lots of smiles were had, a great day at seaton! Open creeks still an issue on the trail, and in valley bottom!
