Cory Pass

Long skin to Cory Pass ended after we dug a pit and decided to ultimately not ski into the pass. Top layer (new powder on crust) failed at CT15 and lower layer had a really clean planar failure at CT25. Pit was in the shade on north facing slope, tons of sun on other slopes and the amount of natural avalanches (although small) didnt give anyone a good feeling.
