Avalanche Information

On a blue bird day descending from Observation Sub Peak East, i trigger a slide. At about 2700 m, on a cross loaded convex roll my ski cut triggered a small wind slab. The crown was about 30 cm and propagated to thin areas nearby. The slide ran about 100m to the more supported concavity below. It did not step down to layer below. The sliding surface was boiler plate wind affected surface. It was probably size 1. We were not involved. We observed some loose dry avalanches in the area, most notably a size 2 on an east aspects.
