55cm settled snow at ridge top 85 in the subalpine A deep hoar frost layer forming on the surface over this last week. Crystals on North and Northeast slopes up to 20mm, significant wind transport of crystals as the new storm system moves in. 10-15 mm crystals forming below tree line on open West South West. Seems to be building on all aspects above 1200m
