Burn baby burn

Started day off looking for the early February surface hoar layer. Found it on north facing slopes down 45cm at tree line. Alpine had strong winds and flat light so we chose to ride the burn where we cautiously stepped out into bigger terrain. All in all a good with very few people

Snow conditions were: Wind affected, Powder. Weather conditions were: Cold, Windy, Cloudy, Sunny. We rode: Alpine slopes, Convex slopes, Sunny slopes, Open trees. We avoided: Steep slopes. Riding quality was good.
