Wide spread surface hoar to 20mm in sheltered areas to tree line. 10cm to 20cm of low density snow on crust made for good skiing on mellow slopes at TL and open cut blocks. HS 90cm at pk lot and up to 200cm at ridge top. Air temp recorded at -21c.

Snow conditions were: Powder. Weather conditions were: Cold. We rode: Mellow slopes, Open trees. We avoided: Alpine slopes, Convex slopes, Steep slopes. Riding quality was good.

Numerous Na crown could be seen on steep and unsupported alpine features, and at ridge top in the alpine. Crowns looked old and slightly filled in or stripped by wind depending on aspect.
