30 cm of new snow on the up track overnight and could not find our up track from the day before in the alpine, made for tough trail breaking. Skiing down through the trees was good but needed to be steeper than 30 degrees to make turns. Wind pick up to strong mid afternoon and we observed a storm slab / wind slab cycle. A size 2.5 out of some south slopes just up creek from the Ravens. The Pterodactyl had a few crowns. Well below the Jupiter traverse at 2100m there was size 2 Na with a 2 m crown on a 40 degree headwall.
