Rudy’s South, next to kickinghorse

Skiing was better than I expected, did notice sun and wind crust on the way up, but skiing was surprisingly good on the way down. Skied in about 10 cm of fluffy, soon to be faceted snow. Three runs, didn’t hit any rocks, which was perhaps just lucky, snow pack is thin.
I did notice two very small natural avalanches on the north side of Rudy’s bowl, one on what the ski hill calls middle ridge north and the other on the backside of ozone. They don’t run very far. There was one ski track in that area.
The molars had a few tracks on them, no avalanches there.
The weather was sunny and inverted. I didn’t have a thermometer, it felt warm in the sun, but I believe it did stay just below freezing.
Hope this is helpful, it’s my first min.
