The temperature was warm, hovering around freezing. A light south wind increased slightly throughout the day. There was only very light snow, accumulating to a trace. Overcast skies featured some small breaks and patches of blue. RAIN/SNOW LINE ~2000 ft NEW OR RECENT SNOWFALL (CM) 30-40cm in the last 6 days
Mash potato snow - too heavy for any wind transport, or for good ski quality.
No shooting cracks or other red flags observed.

Several small wind slab failures were observed along the highway road cuts and in the step gullies and active wind drifting/ snow transport above the treeline. Poor visibility made it challenging to see much detail. However, we did notice some debris piles at the bottom of a runout in Rainy Hollow.
