Wind and snow at Silvern

<p>Today we rode at Silvern Lakes. There was up to 30 cm of storm snow that was being redistributed by moderate to strong southerly winds. Windslab was forming at treeline and alpine. During testing we observed easy to moderate compression test results on the rain crust from last week. We were also able to get easy to moderate compression test results on the Jan 6th surface hoar/ facet layer down 55 cm. </p>

30cm + of new snow, or significant drifting, or rain in the last 48 hours.
