Purple Knob

<p>Massive wind affect in the bowl accessing Purple Knob, the windslab made travel quite difficult when sidehilling. Large cornices have developed on the Lee side of the col overhanging the ascent route. We turned around after the bootpack when it appeared to be unskiable on the N side of the col. Due to the snow removal from the wind. </p>
