HBM Ozone

<p>Ski pen healthy 30cm where not wind effected. Strong SW winds moving snow, significant soft snow available for transport. Visibility in alpine totally obscured. Did a couple quick stomp tests above skin track on ~30deg NE aspect at treeline. HS 145cm which is well above current average. Failure and propagation from skis 1m above skin track, propagating 45deg out from tips but very resistant and did no move more than the initial failure even after repeated jumps. Failed about 40cm down in 4F snow interface about 20cm above dec 6 crust, likely on snow buried on Dec 16th snowfall.</p>
