Great skiing and better than average snow coverage

This morning, a strong guest and I took advantage of the overnight fresh snow delivery in the front range and made great turns on the Roberson Glacier. 10cm H2D added to preserve dry snow above 2500m, forming up to 40cm of low-density powder. Bellow 2300m, the new snow is sitting on previous temperature crust but skied well to the valley bottom. Overall the coverage on the glacier is better than average, ranging from 2m on the lower moraine to a steady 3m+ on the main run. There are no slab properties on the upper snowpack other than the immediate lee side of the col. We observed a few previous loose wet avalanches to size 2, mainly on the valley's solar aspect. At 1130am, snow started to be moist below 2200m.
