<p>30cm of storm snow formed storm slab over Jan 15 facet surface hoar layer from wind and warm temps. We stopped above a large open steep slope at 2100m after slamming on the brakes and watching shooting cracks cross the whole slope. A quick profile and compression test found CTE1 SP down 30 on facets and surface hoar. Easy Sudden Pops down 30 Ty Mills</p>
