Nothing to "ski" here

<p>Buck lake area needs at least two good storms before it's worth the walk, in case anyone else around town also sees snow through rose coloured glasses. HS a meager 65cm at 1800m, ski pen 30. No wind or solar affect in furthest lookers right path.... snow would've been just great, if only there was more of it. :( Shooting cracks and whumpfing in lower elevation isolated areas, found the surface hoar layer at ~1550m but disappeared higher up. No wind, nice temps, worse places to get skunked. </p>
