Skied up to Lookout Col then went over to Ravens. There was a significant amount new storm snow (very light, dry, up to 50cm). At lookout col we noticed a dry loose avalanche coming off of lookout peak but noticed no other signs of instability aside from a small whumpf in the Illecilewaet valley around 1600m, N aspect, in the boulderfield. We did not observe any wind effect throughout the day, as opposed to connaught creek on the 6th where we saw wind slab development. Overall, a fun day out with great pow.
