<p>Great skin up to Jutland subpeak with AvCan field team today in Strathcona- we Parked the sleds at the boundary and toured in to lay down some nice turns on approx. 30cm of variable depth Powder snow (depending on windward or leeward) . Good snow, some signs of instability and older wind slab avalanche activity in steep leeward terrain. Steep aspects are sloughing the loose unconsolidated Powder snow as it remains unbonded to the snowpack below.
Over the course of the day we received 5-10 cm of new light snow.
