Morfee Mtn.

<p>There was fresh snow today in the Morfee Mtn. Area, the next few days should bring should good riding. We selected a NE aspect subject to wind loading. Compression tests produced variable results. There was a layer that reacted down 40cm at CTM 19 on a melt/freeze layer, while a deeper layer at around 1m down reacted at CTH 25, CTH 26. If the fresh snow is wind loaded in the coming days, these reactive layers will likely only get more hazardous. Thanks to the Rocky Mountain Riders of Mackenzie! </p>
