Snowpack
CTM2 @ 25 cm from surface on surface hoar that was potentially buried during the Dec 31/Jan 1 storm event. December 6th rain crust observed ~70 cms from surface. Additional whacks from the shoulder produced an uneven break 50 cms from the surface. No results on the rain crust interface. Prying with the shovel eventually produced a planar fracture on the lower crust/facet interface.
