Natural size 2 wind slab observed at ridge top in a divet feature on the east side of the face above Hourglass (south southwest aspect). Pictured (but you can’t quite see the whole thing in the pic). Nothing else new visible since two days ago. Snow surface a bit more variable but still excellent in many places. Less windy today out there. Highways was dropping bombs south of shames all day. It would be very helpful for those of us skiing in the Shames area if AvCan could tell us specifically what the results observed from those bombs were - size and suspected failure layer - as it does not feel like we’re getting much information for the Shames area right now.
