Aerial photos of the "waterfall" avalanche

<p>I took these photos with my drone from a safe distance today. If you want to see full quality reach out to me on IG same username.
The gully is called "waterfall" and it went naturally according to Shames patrol. I would guess water started flowing with the warmup causing the snow above it to collapse, and then the whole thing slid. No signs of the avalanche being started on the walls of the gully. Some signs of caving then a clean break at the top.
This area is extremely dangerous now. The avalanche ran clean and to right to rock. Even if it fills in those drop-offs are sharp and the height of the snow base depth. A lot of good runs exit into here and they are likely out for the season.</p>
