<p>150 cm snowdepth. Jan 17 surface hoar 15-20 cm down; thin with small grains and no associated crust. No notable shear results in 2 hasty pits on N TL. Excellent visibility and no new naturals in immediate or distant areas. Basal facets in lower snowpack. Avoided shallow areas with terrain management. No recent wind slabs as little available snow for transport.</p>
