The Balu highway

<p>Extremely busy day in the pass. Multiple large groups and a very passive aggressive guide. Most of the parking lots were full and so we decided to do a mellow Balu pass day. Overall good skiing. The wind was strong with extreme gusts from the SW which was transporting on to lee NE slopes all day. </p>

Steep slopes, Convex slopes.

Whumpfing or drum-like sounds or shooting cracks.
