Good day at the gorge. Just below freezing at parking and probably around -5 at the top. Dug a pit and saw no reaction on any wrist or elbow tap. 6th arm swing caused a small fracture at ~30cm of a baseball sized chunk fall off, but no propagation on the layer. The lower levels saw no reactivity (notably the crust layer at 60cms). Skied 15-25cm of fresh snow all the way to the car, with the snow getting notably heavier within 100m of elevation from the road.

Snow conditions were: Deep powder, Heavy. Weather conditions were: Stormy. We rode: Dense trees, Mellow slopes, Open trees. We avoided: Convex slopes, Sunny slopes. Riding quality was good.
