Dug two pits; 1) Southern aspect, facing north. Fairly stable, layer 30-40 cm down was reacting, but with the propagation test, slope seemed stable. Skied well, no problems 2) northern aspect, facing south. Similar layer, more prominent, 30-40 cm down, was more reactive and clean break on initial coulum test. Propagation test, 21 (one from shoulder), highly reactive and clean. Stayed clear Rain friday should clean the deep layer up
Snow conditions were: Crusty, Heavy, Wind affected, Powder. Weather conditions were: Cold, Windy, Cloudy, Sunny. We rode: Alpine slopes, Steep slopes, Open trees. Riding quality was good.
