Ozone

<p>Quick snow profile on north aspect at treeline 1500m 38deg hunting for buried surface hoar on the Dec 23 surface. ETCN 22 40cm down on the 23rd surface and no surface hoar found. However, there was 4cm of fresh snow overlaying a prominent 2cm deep layer of 2 to 4 mm surface hoar. On the ski back a small alpine wind loaded feature which had collected the recent ~4cm snowfall was very reactive to ski stomping failing 30cm down on very prominent 2 to 4 mm surface hoar. </p>
